Major in Managing People and Organizations

In addition to the core courses, students must complete the following Non-Commerce electives:

• SOSA 1200.06 (X/Y)**  or  SOSA 1002.03**  and  SOSA 1003.03**

Plus the following three classes:

• COMM 3303.03 - Introduction to Human Resource Management 
• COMM 3309.03 - Management Skills Development
• COMM 4306.03 - Organizational Change, Theory and Design

Plus two of: 

• COMM 3308.03 - Managing the Family Enterprise
• COMM 3310.03 - Reflections on Leadership
• COMM 4315.03 - International and Intercultural Management

 **Classes outside Commerce, such as SOSA, are counted as Non-Commerce or Free electives.
